Tippin’ Stout

6.8%ABV  -  30IBU

Pale Malt with heavy doses of Caramel 60, Caramel 120, Chocolate, and a touch of Roasted Barley bring home the flavor in this Stout. These malts bring a chocolate, coffee, and caramel flavor profile that is semi sweet and has a smooth clean bitterness. This is an easy drinking full flavored beer that will satisfy any dark beer fan.

Kickstand Kolsch

4.8% ABV  -  20IBU

Maris Otter and pilsner malt create a crackery malt base that will please all palates.  Small late boil and whirlpool additions of Tettnang give a light floral and spicy flavor and aroma.  Great for sitting on the patio mid-summer but also perfect for a light session that doesn’t overwhelm your senses.

Lucent Galaxies Pale Ale

5.6% ABV  -  45IBU

Pale, Vienna, Aromatic, Caramel 120, and a touch of Chocolate malt for color create the bready and toast-like backbone for this brew. With heavy late boil and whirlpool additions of Galaxy followed by dry hop additions of Galaxy and Citra you will be thrown into a glowing world of passionfruit, citrus, peach flavors and aromas.

Four C’s Session IPA

4.2% ABV  -  50IBU

Maris Otter, Caramel 20, Caramel 120, and Victory Malt bring a deep malt base with a heavy toast flavor and light caramel notes. A small addition of Flaked Oats helps to bring in a thicker body to balance the low alcohol content. Late additions of Chinook and whirlpool additions of Chinook and Centennial bring a resinous, pine, and floral flavor. Dry hop additions of Chinook, Centennial, Cascade, and Columbus drive home those flavors and aromas bringing a slight grapefruit and citrus to the mix. Great Beer for those that want the IPA bitterness but not the high ABV stature.

Midnight storm Black Ipa

6.2%ABV  -  65IBU

This IPA give the best of both worlds. Carabrown and Blackprinz malt create a dark base with roast, chocolate, and toasted bread crust flavors. Rakau and Pacific Gem round out the profile with notes of Blackberry, Orange, and Raspberry. With a very smooth bitterness don't shy away from this beer despite its look and aroma!

Wee Heavy Weigh-in Scottish Style Ale

7.8%ABV  -  16IBU

Made from Vienna, Caramel 60, Caramel 120, Roasted malt and a 2 hour boil develop the malt base of this beer. All of these work together to create flavors and aromas of pumpernickel bread, caramel, toffee, and caramelized sugar. Medium toast oak spirals introduce a vanilla and traditional wood flavors that help to blend it all and finally an addition of tart cherries helps brings a fresh brightness to bring all of these flavors together. With a slight alcoholic finish this is the perfect beer for sitting around the fire on cold winter nights.

Encore Coffee Brown Ale with Lactose

7.0%ABV  -  20IBU

Using Encore Coffee's Harmony blend this beer perfectly combines your two favorite drinks. The coffee forward aroma and flavor blends perfectly with the caramel and bready notes of the Brown Ale. An addition of lactose gives a creamy mouthfeel and a residual sweetness leaving you with similar notes to a caramel latte.

Kiss my Flanders Red Sour Ale

5.6%ABV  - 10IBU

This is the perfect beer for late winter in to fall. Imperial Yeast Lacto 2 brings this Flanders to a moderate pH creating a sour that you know is there but doesn't make you pucker. Abbey Ale yeast is used to ferment, developing a fantastic Cherry nose. Vienna, Munich 20, and Caramel 40 malts then drive home the flavor bringing in breadcrust, and wheat bread flavors and aromas that round out the fruit and sour.
