Tippin’ Stout

6.8%ABV  -  30IBU

Pale Malt with heavy doses of Caramel 60, Caramel 120, Chocolate, and a touch of Roasted Barley bring home the flavor in this Stout. These malts bring a chocolate, coffee, and caramel flavor profile that is semi sweet and has a smooth clean bitterness. This is an easy drinking full flavored beer that will satisfy any dark beer fan.

Kickstand Kolsch

4.8% ABV  -  20IBU

Maris Otter and pilsner malt create a crackery malt base that will please all palates.  Small late boil and whirlpool additions of Tettnang give a light floral and spicy flavor and aroma.  Great for sitting on the patio mid-summer but also perfect for a light session that doesn’t overwhelm your senses.

Lucent Galaxies Pale Ale

5.6% ABV  -  45IBU

Pale, Vienna, Aromatic, Caramel 120, and a touch of Chocolate malt for color create the bready and toast-like backbone for this brew. With heavy late boil and whirlpool additions of Galaxy followed by dry hop additions of Galaxy and Citra you will be thrown into a glowing world of passionfruit, citrus, peach flavors and aromas.

Oui bit fancy french saison

5.6.8% ABV  -  20IBU

With Pilsner, Maris Otter, Munich 10, and Vienna malt taking the wheel this is a very light and crackery base beer. The star of the show is the French Saison Yeast. This yeast adds all of the spicy, citrus, and sometimes pepper flavors. Being highly active the French Saison yeast eats almost all of the sugars making this a very dry and clean drinker despite the higher ABV.

Boo Young Triple Pearl Hazy Pale Ale

5.8% ABV  -  36IBU

Featuring Triple Pearl hops from Nebraska, the latest version of Boo Young pops with hints of melon on the nose. The soft mouthfeel has hints of cantaloupe with a slight lingering bitterness to keep you sipping this delicious beer.

Up Dog Belgian Dubbel

7.2% ABV  -  16IBU

50lbs of house-made dark Belgian Candi sugar paired with Abbey Ale yeast brings this beer to life. Subtle banana on the nose, with flavors of light clove, raisins, plum and fruity goodness on the palate. You're gonna enjoy this one!

Wee Heavy Weigh-In Scottish Style Ale

7.8% ABV  -  16IBU

Made from Vienna, Caramel 60, Caramel 120 and Roasted Malt with a 2 hour boil to develop the malt base of this beer. All of these work together to create flavors and aromas of pumpernickel bread, caramel, toffee, and caramelized sugar. Three months in a Knob Creek barrel introduce vanilla and oak flavors that help blend it all and finally an addition of tart cherries bring a fresh brightness to accompany these flavors. A slight alcoholic finish makes this the perfect beer on a cold winter night.

Kiss My Flanders Red Sour Ale

5.6% ABV  -  10IBU

This is the perfect beer for late fall into winter. Imperial Yeast Lacto 2 brings this Flanders to a moderate pH creating a sour that you know is there but doesn't make you pucker. Abbey Ale yeast is used to ferment, developing a fantastic cherry nose. Vienna, Munich 20, and Caramel 40 malts then drive home the flavor bringing in breadcrust and wheat bread flavors and aromas that round out the fruit and sour.
